kitanica's ultimate adventure giveaway terms and conditions
Eligibility:
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Kitanica are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must subscribe to Kitanica’s marketing emails. Only one entry per person will be considered. Multiple entries may result in disqualification. By entering, participants consent to receive marketing emails from Kitanica. Participants can unsubscribe at any time. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Prize:
The grand prize consists of a Volcon ePowersports Grunt eBike and a Kitanica Mark IV Jacket in the winner’s specified size. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. The total retail value of the prize is approximately $7000. The runner up winner consists of a Multicam Tactical Bundle from Condor Outdoor. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and fees associated with the acceptance and use of the prize.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random number generator. The winner will be notified via email or phone number provided at entry on or around December 3, 2024. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours or fails to respond, an alternate winner will be selected.
Claiming the Prize:
The winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. By claiming the prize, the winner agrees to provide a minimum of five (5) photos and a 30-second to 1-minute video showcasing the prize in use or expressing excitement about winning. These photos and videos must be submitted within two (2) weeks of receiving the prize. Failure to comply with these photo/video submission requirements may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the prize.
Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Kitanica to use their name, likeness, and any submitted photos or videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and the Kitanica website, without compensation. This usage may occur in perpetuity.
Privacy:
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and in accordance with Kitanica’s Privacy Policy. To view our privacy policy, visit here.
General Conditions:
Kitanica reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control interfere with the proper conduct of the giveaway. Kitanica also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms or tampers with the entry process. By entering, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and acknowledge that Kitanica’s decisions are final and binding.
Force Majeure:
Kitanica shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or technical failures.
Limitation of Liability:
Kitanica and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries related to the acceptance or use of the prize, including but not limited to shipping delays or issues, damage to the prize, or personal injury. The winner assumes all responsibility for any related costs, including taxes and other costs associated with claiming or using the prize. Kitanica will cover the cost of shipping the prizes to the winner.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction in California. By entering, participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts for any dispute related to the giveaway.
No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
