We ship using FedEx ground for domestic shipment in lower 48 states.
- Allow 3-5 business days. Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped via US postal service.
- It usually take 3-7 business days.

All returns and exchanges to Kitanica must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. After 30 days, this policy becomes void.
LONG/TALL SIZE RECOMMENDATION: Our Long or Tall sizing is designed for people over 6' 2" (188 cm) tall. Overall our clothing is designed with a little extra length in the arms. You shouldn't need to compensate with that for normal sizing.
Tops- to ensure a proper fit measure your chest or belly, whichever is bigger to see where you fit into our sizing.

I have been wanting one since it came out. Can't believe it is finally here. The build quality is awesome. The fit is perfect. I am 6' tall, weigh about 190 pounds with long arms. It looks like it was tailored made for me. The jacket is highly adjustable. It comes with a hood, but I removed it. I prefer my Kitanica beany instead. Can't wait for winter to start. This is my fourth Kitanica jacket. Love them all.
I tried to order this directly through the Kitanica website with a 10% discount option.Received no response whatsoever?
Understand that you are moving/relocating and all.So customer service needs a big **** push.

This is a once in a lifetime buy! Expensive yes! Worth every cent, Absolutely! It is American made in the truest form of what used to be the bench mark of excellence. Platitude's aside, the large fits perfect on a 5'11" 180lb (+- 10lbs) frame, 43"chest (sweatshirt included). Although it is heavy it is not stiffening like a heavy winter coat (worn up to 65 degrees relatively comfortably). It will block wind as good or better than the best Gortex. If you ware this jacket with the ASP pants you could conceivably loose your car keys for 2 days, there are at least 14 different pockets and a few I haven't found yet! Only thing I am not sold on is the hood! It is solid and well built but the storage is an issue. (it is zip on zip off) Not sure if it would be feasible to incorporate it into the collar as a roll up due to the robustness of it but it is not a deal breaker for me! As a motorcycle jacket there is good chance this thing will save A LOT of skin in a slide. As an all-around jacket it is just awesome and will last a lifetime!
