We ship using FedEx ground for domestic shipment in lower 48 states.
- Allow 3-5 business days. Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped via US postal service.
- It usually take 3-7 business days.
- For international orders, we ship FedEx. Allow 7-10 business days.
Return and Exchange
Return and Exchange
All returns and exchanges to Kitanica must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. After 30 days, this policy becomes void.

Note: All the measurements are NOT garment measurements but body measurements.
Our Long or Tall sizing is designed for people over 6' 2" (188 cm) tall. Overall, our clothing is designed with a little extra length in the arms. You don't need to compensate for that.
Our regular length garment falls around waist and long versions are 3 Inches longer than regular one.

Where to measuring according to points
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest
- Waist: Measure the fullest part of your belly where you wear your
- Sleeve length: With arm relaxed and slightly bent, measure from center back neck, over top of shoulder, and down to wrist.
How to measure yourself:
- Clothing: Wear as little clothing as possible, like undergarments or close-fitting clothing.
- Tape measure: Use a flexible tape measure for accuracy, ideally not a metal one.
- Position: Stand in a neutral position with your back straight and shoulders down.
- Tape tightness: Make sure the tape is level and snug, but not tight.
- Measurement points: Use points that are shown on the above diagram on your body to find the right measurement points.

The Kitanica TACS Softshell is a high-performance tactical jacket built for durability and versatility in harsh conditions. Crafted from our proprietary Exotex® with Vaporloft® 450 fabric, this three-layer softshell offers superior wind, water, and abrasion resistance, with a breathable, waterproof membrane to keep you dry and comfortable. The stretch nylon exterior provides maximum durability, while the 200 GSM polyester fleece insulation delivers warmth and breathability for all-weather protection. For added mobility, the TACS features articulated sleeves, gusseted underarms, and a full range of stretch for unrestricted movement.
Equipped with 12 strategically placed pockets, including dual chest zippered pockets, bicep storage with pen tubes, and a forearm admin pocket, this jacket offers ample space for gear and quick access storage. Adjustable cuffs, hood, and waist ensure a snug fit, while venting underarm gussets allow for heat release during high-intensity activity. Whether you're in the field or on the move, the TACS Softshell delivers the functionality, durability, and protection you need.
