Where to measure:
- Waist: Measure around the body where the waistband of your pants normally sits.
- Inseam: While wearing hunting boots, measure from your crotch down the inside leg to the floor.
- Thigh circumference: The widest part of your thigh. About 4-5 cm (1.6 - 2") below your crotch
How to measure:
- Clothing: Wear as little clothing as possible, like undergarments or close-fitting clothing.
- Tape measure: Use a flexible tape measure for accuracy, ideally not a metal one.
- Position: Stand in a neutral position with your back straight and shoulders down.
- Tape tightness: Make sure the tape is level and snug, but not tight.
- Measurement points: Use landmarks that are shown on the above diagram on your body to find the right measurement points.

First of all these are solid jeans! No stretch at all; and true to size. As a guy of short stature (171 cm) with huge thighs (117 cm) and a belly at 103 cm I went for a 40x30 in both black and blue. Please note that these jeans are rather long! They do however crimp when washed twice at 60 degrees celcius washing cycle and now fit great!
The jeans are solid, and tear out seem impossible. One note on the quality: the pocket stitching has a lot of loose threads out of the box and some of the stitching seem rushed in certain spots. However they still seem as solid as a tank and hold up great after washing! Look no further for durable jeans that will last you a long time!
