We ship using FedEx ground for domestic shipment in lower 48 states.
- Allow 3-5 business days. Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped via US postal service.
- It usually take 3-7 business days.
- For international orders, we ship FedEx. Allow 7-10 business days.
Return and Exchange
Return and Exchange
All returns and exchanges to Kitanica must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. After 30 days, this policy becomes void.

Note: All the measurements are NOT garment measurements but body measurements.
Our Long or Tall sizing is designed for people over 6' 2" (188 cm) tall. Overall, our clothing is designed with a little extra length in the arms. You don't need to compensate for that.
Our regular length garment falls around waist and long versions are 3 Inches longer than regular one.

Where to measuring according to points
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest
- Waist: Measure the fullest part of your belly where you wear your
- Sleeve length: With arm relaxed and slightly bent, measure from center back neck, over top of shoulder, and down to wrist.
How to measure yourself:
- Clothing: Wear as little clothing as possible, like undergarments or close-fitting clothing.
- Tape measure: Use a flexible tape measure for accuracy, ideally not a metal one.
- Position: Stand in a neutral position with your back straight and shoulders down.
- Tape tightness: Make sure the tape is level and snug, but not tight.
- Measurement points: Use points that are shown on the above diagram on your body to find the right measurement points.

Description
The TACS Softshell is a next level laminated tactical fleece jacket offering wind, water and abrasion resistance and is insulated to provide hyper-functional protection from inclement weather conditions. It all starts with our proprietary Exotex® with Vaporloft® 450 softshell stretch fabric. It is a three-layer laminate comprised of a stretch nylon face bonded to a polyester micro fleece backer fabric. These are bonded together with a waterproof breathable membrane. The durable nylon outerface fabric provides unbeatable durability and abrasion resistance with a Spandex component allowing for incredible range of motion and ease of movement. The insulating layer of 200 GSM polyester fleece builds warmth and breathability into the nylon outer layer. To further seal out the elements, the waterproof breathable membrane keeps water from getting in and lets water vapor out to maintain a warm and comfortable climate inside the garment. Additionally, during vigorous physical activity excess heat can be vented by opening the underarm, zippered gussets.
The TACS Softshell has an adjustable hood, cuffs, waist and sweep to snug the garment to the body and close out harsh weather conditions. Mobility is further facilitated with a contoured sleeve, articulated elbow, gusseted underarms and an amazing all-around stretch.
The TACS Softshell is equipped with 12 pockets in all. The chest has dual side zippered pockets with partially bellowed top mounted pockets with hook & loop closures. The biceps are outfitted with spacious zippered pockets: the left side with covered pen tubes and the right with loop field. Both the chest and bicep pockets are constructed of 100% Nylon Taslan. On the right forearm there is quick access zippered admin pocket. There are large zippered hand pockets big enough for hats and gloves. Inside is a single chest pocket to secure items. For durability, weatherability, gear carry, function and comfort the Kitanica TACS Softshell is unmatched and will stand up to whatever and wherever your adventures take you.
