This is the best jacket ever! I have been coveting one of these jackets for years, unfortunately I didn't get one of the originals but when I saw this version I knew I had to finally pull the trigger. The jacket fits perfectly, the pockets are super handy, and the look is one of the most badass and unique looks you'll ever find! If you're even remotely hesitating to buy this jacket, just do it! You will not be sorry, it's worth every penny and the quality is simply incredible. If I had to nitpick and pick one thing I didn't like about it, it might be that the material is super stiff right out of the box. Then again what do you expect from something that's made from such heavy duty material. I'm sure it'll break in in time and I wouldn't give up this jacket for anything. Way to go Kitanica, I'm a customer for life now!
I pair my Quarter Zip Base-Layer with my TACS Softshell transforming the shell into a competent moderate to cold weather protector. I recommend this Base-Layer garment and am pleased that it is manufactured here in the USA.
The TACS Softshell works. By itself it is an effective wind block and chill reducer. Partnered up with a base or mid layer and you have all you need except for the harshest weather and biggest blows. I recommend this jacket. Now, if they’d just manufacture it here in the USA.

Stylish, rugged, tough, well-made and will last, many useful pockets, wife even likes the ranger green!, it's winter here so I can't wait to wear it in spring & fall and even some mild winter days. This jacket is quality made. A good investment if you want to look sporty. Don't fall for the cheap copies of this jacket. I saw one for $130.00 on Amazon. These are from China & poorly made. You get what you pay for!!!
Was hesitant at first to spend this much on a fleece. I do have a couple other Kitanica products so I know the quality is there but still. Got it on and it’s great. Is handling the PNW temps perfectly. Size wise it fits great around the body, arms have some extra length which is cool as well. I do wish it was a little longer in the back. Didn’t order a tall, perhaps I should have. Still it’s a great jacket. Would recommend.
These are the best pants I have ever owned!! High quality, well designed and comfortable all day long. Perfect for shooting sports and any other outdoor sporting activity such as fishing or hunting or photography or hiking. I own several other pairs of similar Kitanica tactical pants and they have been bullet proof. They wear well and last a lifetime!!
I’m a big Kitanica fan. I’ve been following them since the days they had a small 2 x 2 ad in the back of American rifleman some 25 years ago. I have countless pairs of trousers, shorts, and jackets. I love this pack because I like it’s accessibility. It has lots of thoughtful touches and it’s easy to load a ton of gear into.

I bought all the colors and I normally wear the khaki but when the venue requires a less Range look I wear these black RSPs. With a Pagong Kyoto Aloha shirt one can go anywhere except a Grand Jury or Congressional hearing. Also good for cool days in the field when a dusty dirt magnet look is no problemo.
I became a strong advocate for Kitanica after purchasing their jeans a number of years ago. I love the long lasting quality. These are durable for range day as well as comfortable enough for casual Friday. I'm a fan of the heavy duty pocket material and belt loops. I get years of service from mine. Best of of all these are made in the USA. Highly suggested.
Although the jacket is a bit on the pricey side the jacket is great.. got to me in a timely manner..packing was good.. the jacket it self is confront-able warm.. and made to last.. I will be buying more product
These pants fit perfectly! I've bought other brands with 30in inseam or Reg, but theirs is too long. I know it's not tapered but they don't look or feel like I'm wearing bell bottoms over my boots. Pockets in the right places, more than enough of them. And the material is tough, but feels comfy to me. Be wearing these to work, gonna save up for another pair. Pricey but worth it.
I have numerous Kitanica coats, the orig soft shell, a winter soft shell and a Tamarack, this fleece liner fills the void, I love the durable outer shell which cuts the wind and the liner is just enough, nice stand alone jacket !
The Mark IV jacket is perfectly designed.
Pockets both inside and out are well placed for easy access and are a good size. I am 6ft tall with a 46 inch chest and the large is a perfect fit with good sleeve length. The design makes arm movements easy even with the ruggedness of the material.
Perfect jacket for the back country hiking and motorcycle riding. I really like this jacket.
